1. The retaining ring of the wire feeding wheel only serves to prevent the rim from falling or moving too much during the wire feeding process, and should not be tightened too tightly. Otherwise, the embedded screws are easy to fall off or loosen.
2. The wire feeding hose will be full of dust and iron powder in long-term use, and the wire feeding resistance will increase, so it should be arranged frequently.
3. When the wire feeding tube is relatively new after a period of use, compressed air can be used for cleaning. After the wire feeding tube is worn, it should be soaked in organic solvents such as kerosene, gasoline, and alcohol for cleaning.
4. When replacing the wire feeding tube, choose a suitable tube according to the diameter of the aluminum welding wire, and cut the length of the tube according to the actual length of the gun.
5. In addition, the diameter of the contact tip on the wire feed tube should be selected to match the diameter of the welding wire. For example, for aluminum welding wire with a diameter of 1.2, it is recommended to choose a contact tip with a size of 1.2a for the best effect. When the aperture size of the contact tip is inappropriate, replace it in time.
6. Under the condition of meeting the working radius, it is recommended to use a standard 3m gun. The welding torch cable must not show a dead bend (no coil or S-shaped bend smaller than Φ400mm) in use, especially where the torch handle and the cable are adjacent.
7.The rotating direction of the welding wire coil should be clockwise, not counterclockwise.
