In order to obtain good properties of welded joints, when we choose aluminum welding wire, we should consider the use of welded mesh components, choose suitable base material of the wire as filling material.

Choose the base metal that melting temperature lower than the base metal filler metal, can greatly reduce the tendency of intergranular cracks in the heat affected zone. Therefore, the alloy content is higher than the base metal wire for the filler metal, usually to prevent weld metal cracks.
2. Strength of welded joints
It will change with the content of alloying elements wire.
3. joint workability (plasticity)
It requires bending of welded joints, general processing is affected by plasticity, and ductility with increasing intensity decreases.
4.We should consider mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of joints at high-temperature.
