1. The warehouse storage welding wire should have a dry and ventilated environment, avoid moist, rejected water, acid, alkali and other high volatile and corrosive liquids presence, and also no coexist with these substances in a same warehouse.
2. Welding wire should put on wooden pallets, can’t put it directly on the floor or close to the wall.
3. Storage and transfer the welding wire be careful not to break the packaging,especially inner packing "shrink film".
4. Welding wire opened the package should be fully used up as soon as possible(better within a week), once welding wire exposed to the air, the antirust time will greatly reduce.(especially in the environment have moist and corrosive medium)
5. In accordance with the guidelines of "first-in first-out(FIFO)" to provide the welding wire, try to cut the product inventory time.
6. Storage according to the type and standard classification of the welding wire, avoid make a mistake.
